Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

ZakaJobs offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will never be charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge date. To request a refund:

• Email admin@zakajobs.com
• Include your registered email address
• Include the date of charge
• We will process your refund within 5 business days

3. Renewal Reminder

We send a reminder email 3 days before every subscription renewal. This gives you time to cancel before being charged if you no longer wish to continue.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard with one click. No phone calls, no emails, no waiting. Cancellation stops future charges — you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in cases of:

• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
• Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge date
• Multiple refund requests on the same account
