How often are new jobs added?

🔔 Job Alerts
What is a job alert?
A saved search that emails you daily whenever new jobs match your chosen keyword and location —
so you don't have to keep checking manually.
How do I create one?
On the Jobs page, enter your keyword and location, then click
"🔔 Save this search as alert." You can manage all your alerts from your
Dashboard.
How many alerts can I have?
Up to 5 active alerts at a time. Remove one from your dashboard to add a new one.

What is "My Profile" for?
It's where you save your phone number and upload your resume once — this powers
Quick Apply (see below), so you never have to attach your resume manually again.
How do I set it up?
Go to your Dashboard → click "📄 My Profile" in
Quick Actions → add your phone number and upload your resume (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, max 3MB) → click
Save Profile.
Who can use My Profile?
Available to all founding members (anyone who joined during our launch promotion) and paid
subscribers.

What is Quick Apply?
For job postings where the employer has shared a direct application email, Quick Apply sends your
resume and a professional cover message on your behalf — in one click, with no retyping or manual
attaching.
How do I use it?
First, set up My Profile (you need a saved resume before Quick Apply works).
Then, when browsing a job that supports it, you'll see an
"✉️ Quick Apply via Email" button next to the main Apply button. Click it, review
the message, and click Send Application.
Why don't I see the Quick Apply button on every job?
It only appears when the employer's posting includes a direct application email — not every job
listing does. On the Jobs page, check "✉️ Quick Apply only"
to filter your search to just those listings.
Can I customize the message?
The message uses a standard, professionally-written template (with your name, the job title, and
company automatically filled in) to keep quality consistent — it isn't user-editable, but you can
preview the exact message before sending.
Can I apply to the same job twice?
No — once you've applied to a specific job via Quick Apply, the button shows
"✅ Applied on [date]" and can't be used again for that listing, to keep things
professional on the employer's end.
Where can I see my Quick Apply history?
Your Dashboard has a "📨 My Applications" section
listing every job you've applied to and when.
💡 Tip: there's a limit of 10 Quick Applies per day, with a short pause required
between each send — this keeps the feature reliable and your applications looking genuine to employers.
